Overview
This website is operated by Coffee Budgets LLC, doing business as The Flavor Drop Coffee Co. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Products and availability
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors and packaging may look different on your screen. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change prices and descriptions at any time without notice. Some products are made to order, and some are fulfilled by partner suppliers.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order if there's a pricing error, a stock problem, or a suspected fraudulent order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card number.
Shipping, refunds, and returns

Food product notice
Our coffee, syrups, and drizzles are food products. Please read the ingredient and allergen information on each product page and on the packaging. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, check the label before use. Contact us if you need more information. We can't guarantee that any product is free of allergens, because our suppliers may process other ingredients in their facilities.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the name, logo, product images, and text, belongs to Coffee Budgets LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Prohibited use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or misleading information.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
Our products and site are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our site or products, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site applies to your order.
